In short: Vardiya collects nothing beyond what it needs to let you play. It does not ask for your real name, your e-mail, your location, your contacts, your photos or your microphone. There is no chat in the game. There is one kind of advert and you are the one who starts it. You can permanently delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, under Settings → Delete Account.
This policy covers Vardiya, a mobile game developed by
Yesa and published on Google Play and the App Store as
com.vardiya.party. It explains what data is processed when you download,
install or play the game, why, and who it is shared with.
Data controller: Yesa. For any question, request or complaint there is one address: yesastudioo@gmail.com
There are three ways into the game: Sign in with Apple (iPhone), Sign in with Google (Android and iPhone), or continue as a guest. In all three cases the sign-in is handled by Google's Firebase Authentication service, which gives your account a user identifier — a random string of letters and digits. The game keeps your progress under that identifier.
Why: so that, if you sign in, your coins and the games you have unlocked follow you to another phone. It is not required in order to play.
You type the short name that other players in the room see above your head (maximum 12 characters). It is stored on your device and, when you join a room, it is passed through the Photon servers to the other players in that room, because your name has to appear on their scoreboard too. We do not store your nickname on our own server.
There is no chat in the game. Apart from that nickname there is no text you can type or send to anybody. If you do not choose a name, the game gives you a random one such as "OYUNCU 123".
If you signed in with an Apple or Google account, the following is stored in Google's Firebase Firestore database under your user identifier: your coin balance, the mini games and characters you have bought, the character you are wearing, how many nights you have played, and when the record was last updated. Your settings (sound, music, language) stay on your device only.
Why: so you do not lose what you paid for when you change phone or reinstall.
After you finish a night, the game asks once for permission to send notifications. If you allow it, a notification token for your device (a Firebase Cloud Messaging token) is stored together with your user identifier, your platform (ios / android) and your game language. If you decline, none of this is stored. You can withdraw the permission at any time in your phone's system settings.
Why: so we can tell you about new games and events.
There is exactly one advert format in the game: a rewarded advert. No
advert appears unless you press the button for it in the shop — there is no banner and
nothing between rounds. The adverts are served by Google's AdMob
(publisher id pub-3160084138052304). To serve and count an advert, AdMob
processes your device's advertising identifier and device and advert
information (whether an advert was shown, whether it was clicked, your IP address as a
coarse location signal) under its own privacy policy. AdMob is started when the game
first opens so that an advert is ready when you ask for one.
On Android this is Google's "advertising ID", which you can reset or turn off in your phone's settings. On iPhone the game does not show the tracking permission prompt, so it has no access to the IDFA and adverts are served as non-personalised.
The game sells three consumable coin packs. Payment is taken by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your card number, your invoice or any payment details; the game only receives a "paid" answer from the store and adds the coins to your account. Your purchase history is held by Apple and Google, and refunds are requested from them, under their rules.
If you redeem a gift code in the shop, your user identifier, the time you redeemed it, the coins granted and your platform are recorded, so that the same code cannot be used twice.
Rooms run over the Photon Fusion (Exit Games) cloud. Phones that enter the same room code connect to the same server, and game data — positions, movement, scores — is relayed between them through it for the length of the match. Photon sees your IP address in order to make that connection. The game picks the Photon region with the best connection; if a room cannot be found, it tries the other regions starting with Turkey, which means the traffic may pass through a Photon server outside Turkey.
Vardiya does not ask for and does not collect: your location, your contacts, your photos, your microphone, your camera, your calendar, health data, your phone number, your postal address or your browsing history. There is no chat. No separate analytics or crash-reporting tool has been added to the game, so it does not send usage statistics or crash reports of its own.
We do not sell your data and we do not rent it to third parties for advertising. To run the game we use the following services:
| Who | What for | What data |
|---|---|---|
| Google — Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging | Sign-in, backing up progress, notifications | User identifier, sign-in record (e-mail / display name), coins and unlocks, notification token |
| Google — AdMob and the UMP consent tool | Rewarded adverts and the consent form | Advertising identifier, device and advert information, IP address |
| Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store | Sign-in on iPhone, purchases | Identity token, payment (no payment details reach us) |
| Google Play | Purchases on Android | Payment (no payment details reach us) |
| Exit Games — Photon Fusion | Multiplayer room connection | IP address, room code, nickname, live match data |
These companies are subject to their own privacy policies and may process data on their own servers, including in countries outside your own. We may also have to share data with the authorities where the law requires it, for example under a court order.
For players in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom: we process your account identifier and your game progress in order to provide the game to you — performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running it. Processing the advertising identifier for advertising, and sending notifications, rest on your consent.
Vardiya is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. There is no children's section, no child-directed ad setting and no child profile. If you believe a child has given us data, write to the address above and we will delete the account and its data.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, and to object to processing. These rights come from the GDPR in the EEA, the UK GDPR in the United Kingdom and Law No. 6698 (KVKK) in Turkey.
Inside the game, by yourself: open Settings, press DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm on the warning screen. This deletes your player record on the server, this device's notification record and your Firebase account, and then wipes the profile on your phone. It cannot be undone: your coins — including any you paid for — and every game and character you unlocked go with it, and are not refunded. If you only want to leave this phone, use Sign Out instead; that deletes nothing.
By e-mail: you can also make an access or deletion request at yesastudioo@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days at the latest. Telling us your in-game nickname and which sign-in you used (Apple / Google / guest) helps us find your account.
Refunds are not ours to give: they must be requested from the App Store or Google Play.
All of the game's communication with servers goes over encrypted connections. Sign-in is carried out by Apple's and Google's own sheets; the game never sees or stores your password. Even so, no system connected to the internet is completely secure.
If we update this policy we will change the "last updated" date on this page. If a change is significant we will also announce it inside the game.
